Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with every product that you buy from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchase, please contact us using the form HERE so that you can be issued with a Unique Returns Number (URN). Please ensure that you have received a URN from us before sending back your unwanted items.

Unless the goods are defective, damaged, faulty or not as specified on your Order Confirmation, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Something Literary. Unfortunately we cannot refund the original delivery cost.

All returned goods must be in their original unopened packaging and in pristine condition with no damage to either the product or any of its shrink-wrap or product packaging. if returned products are not in a good condition we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.

We recommend that you securley repackage your unwanted goods and use Recorded Delivery as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

We will email you to confirm when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days during busy periods.
