How to Order

How to place an order with Something Literary.

Easy Instructions: 

Browse our website, add the items you want to the shopping basket then when you're ready to pay select 'Checkout' and follow the instructions on screen.

Detailed instructions:

1) Browse our site and add required products to your basket.

2) When you are ready to pay, hit the 'checkout' button (or link in the top right 'Shopping Basket' area) 

3) If you wish to create an account (to enable you to save your address details and check the progress of your order) you can, if not just choose Guest Account. Please note: we do not have access to your account so cannot view any of the details you enter there.

4) The shipping options available for your order will then appear and you will have an opportunity to add any comments regarding your order i.e. you may wish us to dispatch on a certain day or may wish to give us additional address details if you are in a hard to reach area)

5) Select your preferred payment method. You can pay by Credit/Debit card by using our payment gateway 'Paypal' and you DO NOT need a Paypal account. If you already have a Paypal account then just hit the 'continue' button and follow the screens. You may also be given the opportunity to pay by cheque (certain countries only). Please ensure you print the 'Checkout Confirmation' page and send this with your cheque.

6) You will be sent an email confirmation of your order and you can be assured that we're dealing with it! If, however, you do not receive an email confirmation please contact us HERE and we will check that the order has gone through okay.

Alternatively...

You can:

1) email us your order HERE . You will need to provide full address details and full details of the products you require. We will then send an electronic invoice to your email address which you can either print and send with a cheque/postal order (certain countries only) or you will be able to click through from the email to make a payment by Debit/Credit card or by using your Paypal account (if you already have one).

Unfortunately...

We do not currently accept orders by telephone UNLESS you are paying by cheque/postal order (certain countries only).
