We aim to dispatch all orders received by 4.30pm (Mon-Fri) on the same day via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard service. We may alter the delivery service if the total weight of the order exceeds the limits set by Royal Mail. We will advise you accordingly via our website's order update service. Royal Mail aim to deliver all First Class items within 1-2 working days however, please allow one extra working day delivery time if you live in a remote area. We will obtain a proof of posting certificate.

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 4.30pm (Mon-Fri) on the same day. Orders received after 4.30pm will be dispatched on the next working day. We will update your order status online to provide you with the tracking number (if applicable) as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery depending on which delivery service you have chosen.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address you specify when you place your order therefore it is essential that you enter these details accurately.

We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.
